Dear Editor, I see that Robert Cianciulli has a piece is Tapinto. He makes two points. 1. Doug Reinstein, as BOE President called up other board members and asked them vote to return $80K to the taxpayers and 2. that Cianciulli voted to keep the money. Bob believes that it is ok for a board president to prearrange a vote. This a clear violation of the OPMA and Bob should know that. In fact, the Board President Reinstein should know that. As for his vote, the money belongs to the taxpayers and it was correct to return it. Robert is the wrong person for the school board. Thomas H. Foregger
