Careers in Education forum planned for Feb. 6

The Davis school district will host a “Careers in Education Forum” on Wednesday, February 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Yolo Solano Center for Teacher Credentialing, 4632 Second St., Suite 110, in Davis (across the street from TJ Maxx in the Target shopping center).

At the forum, those interested in a career in education can speak with recruiters from several school districts in the region about jobs in fields ranging from administration to educational support, instructional technology, food service, maintenance, secretarial work, teaching, transportation and substitute positions.

Staff will be available to assist with the creation of an Edjoin profile. (Edjoin is a website that carries information about jobs and job seekers in K-12 education from around California, and several other states as well.)
